Financial postings happen for automatically across the system. Assets can be maintained as fixed assets with depreciation management. And integration with fleet management simplifies planning of logistics, transportation and transfer related processes.
To connect the full value chain, equipment dealers need seamless OEM integrations. The unique central master data concept of FIT-EM enables asset management across this chain and create full P&L insights. From equipment or parts ordering, to service letters and handling of warranty claims and preconfigured configurations.
The ability to integrate with remanufacturing combined with timely service and maintenance, will strengthen the sustainability goals of the equipment industry. Strong collaboration with the ecosystems will pay-off immediately.
To drive revenues, the embedded FIT Sales and Procurement solution enables the sales force to fulfill all possible customer demands. Beyond rental and leasing, there are options for sales of used equipment, additional services, extended warranty or maintenance packages. By using variant pricing, all possible scenarios are being covered.
FIT-EM provides ATP for required configured equipment, credit checks for sub/main-segments and reservation on equipment. There is also a direct transfer of sales requirements to procurement and integrations with project and sales operations.
Managing parts is finding a balance between parts availability, solid pricing and low inventories. FIT-Parts enables the optimization of stock levels with parts planning based upon historical sales and operational data. Capabilities are embedded for availability checks, full insights in alternative parts, pricing, credit limits, approval processes and tracking of work orders.
