Situation

Lease Customer (Lessee or Lessor) wants to lease new equipment with a bundle or separate components that trigger complicated logistics scenarios such as transfer components, installation, dismantling and swapping.

TRADE-IN

Situation

LEASE CANCELLATION/TERMINATION

Situation

  • Lease Termination means that terminate the lease based on lease end date because customer does not renew or extend it. It leads a either a equipment return or a title transfer ($1 Purchase Option)
  • Lease Cancellation means that terminate the active contract. This include customer’s default. Lessee cancel of lease mid-term or per terms for special conditions.
