Wolff & Müller selects FIT-Rent, the leading rental management software in SAP S/4HANA

[Oosterhout (Netherlands), 4 February 2025] – FIT Global, a global leader in equipment lifecycle management solutions embedded in SAP, is excited to announce a new partnership with Wolff & Müller, a renowned privately owned construction company based in Stuttgart, Germany. This collaboration marks the transition from Wolff & Müller’s existing SAP ETM (Equipment and Tools Management) system on SAP R3 ECC to FIT Global’s advanced SAP S/4HANA-based equipment rental management solution, FIT-Rent. The goal is to simplify and modernize their equipment and material management processes.

Revolutionizing Rental Equipment and Material Management
Wolff & Müller, recognized for its excellence in delivering large-scale construction projects, is constantly working to improve its capabilities – including the area of rental equipment and material management capabilities. By integrating the FIT-Rent solution, the company will gain access to a comprehensive suite of tools designed to streamline rental management, increase operational efficiency and improve on-site equipment and tools availability. Some of the key features that Wolff & Müller will benefit from include automations in fleet management, individual asset P&L insights and site request digitalization. These functions will enable the company to optimize equipment and material utilization, reduce costs and enhance visibility across their operations.

FIT-Rent: A Dynamic Approach to Equipment Lifecycle Management
The implementation of FIT-Rent will provide Wolff & Müller with a robust platform for managing their equipment lifecycle from acquisition to disposal. The solution will enable better management of rental and return processes and improve equipment and material availability across multiple sites. As a result of the project integration with the German BGL (Baugeräteliste) for pricing and catalogue management, this new development will become part of FIT-Rent solution.

FIT Global’s industry knowledge and flexibility in implementation were key reasons for Wolff & Müller’s decision to choose FIT Global as their partner. “We are thrilled to partner with Wolff & Müller on this exciting project,” said Recep Bakirci, CEO of FIT Global. “Our solution is specifically designed to meet the evolving needs of the construction industry, and we look forward to helping them drive operational excellence and innovation in their equipment and material management processes.”

A Partnership Built on Flexibility, Knowledge and Innovation
The collaboration between FIT Global and Wolff & Müller highlights the shared values of flexibility, deep industry expertise and commitment to technological innovation. This partnership will help Wolff & Müller to increase operational efficiency and set a new standard in construction equipment management.
