SAP Solution Architect

We are seeking an experienced SAP Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of end-to-end SAP solutions across multiple customer implementation and transformation projects.

The ideal candidate combines strong technical and architectural expertise with solid management and consulting skills, along with a deep understanding of equipment and material management processes. Excellent English communication skills are essential for working with international customers, partners, and distributed project teams.

Key Responsibilities

· Design, architect, and govern end-to-end SAP solutions aligned with customer business requirements, SAP best practices, and FIT Global delivery standards

· Lead and coordinate SAP implementation and transformation projects across multiple customers and industries

· Act as the solution authority for assigned projects, ensuring seamless integration across SAP modules and related systems

· Provide leadership and direction to functional and technical teams throughout the full project lifecycle

· Translate customer business needs into scalable, efficient, and future-ready SAP architectures

· Engage directly with customers, project managers, and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery

· Ensure solution quality, performance, and compliance with SAP and FIT Global standards

· Support pre-sales and solutioning activities, including effort estimation, solution proposals, and technical presentations

Required Skills & Technical Knowledge

· Proven experience as an SAP Solution Architect delivering end-to-end SAP implementations in a consulting or system integration environment

· Strong hands-on knowledge of SAP S/4HANA architecture, including landscape design (DEV/QAS/PRD), transport management, and integration concepts

Functional & Process Expertise

· Solid functional knowledge of SAP Sales and Distribution (SD), including:

o End-to-end Order-to-Cash processes (sales orders, deliveries, billing, returns)

o Pricing, billing, and output determination

o Integration with MM, FI, and logistics execution

· Functional expertise in SAP Material Management (MM), including:

o Procurement, inventory management, valuation, and invoice verification

o Integration with FI, SD, PP, and WM/EWM

· Good working knowledge of SAP CRM / Customer Experience (CX) solutions, including:

o Customer master data and business partner integration

o Sales and service processes, customer interaction tracking

o Integration between SAP CRM/CX solutions and SAP S/4HANA

Technical & Architecture Knowledge

· Strong understanding of SAP integration technologies, including:

o IDocs, RFCs, BAPIs, APIs, and middleware (SAP PI/PO, SAP CPI)

o Integration with third-party and non-SAP systems

· Ability to design and govern end-to-end SAP solution architectures, covering:

o Solution blueprints, functional specifications, and technical design documents

o Data migration strategies, cutover planning, and system conversion activities

o Authorization concepts, roles, and security design

· Solid understanding of SAP development concepts, including:

o ABAP fundamentals, debugging, enhancements, user exits, and BAdIs

o RICEF objects (reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms)

· Experience with SAP Fiori and user experience concepts is an advantage

Delivery, Management & Communication

· Experience with SAP Activate / ASAP methodologies and Agile delivery models

· Strong management and leadership skills, including:

o Leading cross-functional functional and technical teams

o Managing customer expectations in a consulting environment

o Driving architecture decisions and mitigating technical and delivery risks

· Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken, with the ability to clearly present solutions to technical and business stakeholders

· Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving abilities

Preferred Qualifications

· SAP certification(s) in relevant modules or SAP architecture

· Experience working on international and multi-country projects
