Product Operations Lead

We’re looking for a hands-on Product Operations Lead to ensure the SAP Cloud ERP and SAP Cloud ERP Private product roadmap is executed flawlessly. This role focuses on operational coordination, backlog tracking, and cross-team execution—working closely with Product Owners, R&D teams, and support functions.

What You’ll Do:

· Translate roadmap milestones into actionable operational tasks and track delivery.

· Coordinate bug fixes, technical improvements, releases, and support activities.

· Manage backlogs, workflows, dependencies, and risks using JIRA.

· Act as the operational bridge between Product Owners, R&D teams, and platform/support teams.

· Drive operational improvements and ensure transparency across teams.

You Bring:

· 3–5 years or more in product operations, project coordination, or IT service delivery (enterprise software/cloud).

· Hands-on experience with JIRA or similar tools.

· Familiarity with SAP Cloud ERP, SAP Cloud ERP Private, or other cloud/enterprise platforms preferred.

· Agile or hybrid delivery experience.

· Strong organizational, coordination, and communication skills.

· Execution-focused, structured, and proactive mindset.
