About the Role

The Marketing and Sales Support coordinator’s core role is to function as the key link between marketing and sales. Reporting to the Head of Global Marketing, he/she will be responsible for overseeing the company’s CRM system in terms of data quality and hygiene as well as the maintenance of market, suspect and prospect data. Other key functionalities include: management of market research and intel, pre-qualification of leads, management of the LinkedIn Sales Navigator tool, reporting, as well as other marketing and sales support responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Market research and intel
    -Conducting overall market and industry research, including competitor intel and customer insights
    -Relevant communication on findings to the organization on a regular basis

  • Database Management
    Oversee overall data quality and general data hygiene in the CRM system (all stages)
    Manage the maintenance of market, suspect and prospect data in the CRM system
    -Lead qualification: conduct pre-discovery calls and hand them over to the sales team

  • Marketing and Sales Support



    -Support marketing specialists with general campaign management with the possibility of ad hoc campaign ownership and management
    -Sending out campaigns via email and LinkedIn
    -Attend events and exhibitions where FIT Global has a presence
    -Building of campaign lists from the CRM system
    -General marketing department support


    -Support the sales team with administrative CRM tasks up until the opportunity stage, where after the sales team manages the process
    -Desk research and info gathering on potential leads needed to progress in the sales funnel
    -New business development by pre-qualifying leads and prospecting
    -Cold calling of potential leads
    -General sales department support

  • LinkedIn Sales Navigator
    Management of the LinkedIn Sales Navigator tool for:
    -Sending of campaigns
    -Management of LinkedIn tool for networking and engagement with potential prospects
    -New business development through LinkedIn
    -Management of LinkedIn credits

  • Reporting
    -Regular compilation of management reports

What you will bring

    • Experience
      -1-2 years of experience in marketing or sales in a similar role
      -Experience within software / IT solutions is preferred, but not essential
      -Experience in MSOffice (Exel, Word, Powerpoint)
      -Database management experience preferred, but not essential
    • Education
      -Bachelor or equivalent
    • Collaboration & Communication
      -Excellent interpersonal skills, drive for teamwork
      -Comfortable dealing with multiple stakeholders and regular customer engagement
      -Good commercial sense and acumen
      -A proactive work ethic with a solution-oriented mindset.
      -Excellent presentation & communication skills covering proficient English – additional languages are a plus.
    • Travel:
      -Occasional traveling might be required from time to time.
