Inside Sales Representative

(German & Spanish Speakers)

At FIT Global, we help asset-intensive companies optimize their rental, leasing, and equipment management processes through SAP-certified solutions. As we continue to expand globally, we’re looking for an Inside Sales Representative to support our international sales organization.

About the Role

As an Inside Sales Representative, you will play a key role in early-stage sales activities, qualifying leads and supporting Account Executives across multiple regions. You’ll often be the first point of contact for prospects and will help build a strong, well-structured pipeline.

What Your Day Will Look Like

• Manage inbound and outbound leads across global regions

• Qualify prospects based on business fit, SAP landscape, and readiness

• Conduct first-touch conversations and introductory calls

• Support Account Executives with account insights and meeting preparation

• Drive opportunities from first contact to demo readiness

• Maintain accurate CRM records in HubSpot

• Collaborate closely with Sales and Marketing teams

What You Will Bring

• Experience in Inside Sales, BDR, or B2B Sales

• Strong interest in SAP, ERP, or enterprise software

• Excellent communication and organizational skills

• Comfortable with outreach via phone, email, and LinkedIn

• Fluency in either Turkish or English is required.

• Based in the Netherlands or Istanbul

• German and/or Spanish at minimum B2 level (will be tested during the process)
